This for profit business in formation is a humanitarian effort by Juan Alaniz to improve the quality of life of individuals living in West Africa.

Business activities will include trading services, gold, diamonds, oil & gas, agricultural, and mining as well as business services and infrastructure development.

All businesses will work in collaboration with A1 International (a non-governmental organization / NGO) and with private charities to support local community projects.

Formation activities in which I am engaged include business design, market analysis, obtaining government permits and licenses, business acquisition and seed capital funding.

 DaVinci Quest

This for profit business in formation is an effort by Tom Frey to accelerate innovation through the design and management of international innovation competitions directed to solving the problems of humanity.

Business activities will include identification of world problems, development of competitions, recruitment of sponsors, operation of competitions and recruitment and support of teams to participate in competitions as part of local economic development programs.

Formation activities in which I am engaged include market analysis, strategic planning, business planning, development of competition prototypes and creation of business brand and communication materials.

Burgers and Brats for Books

This community collaboration is a charitable endeavor to raise money for libraries in developing countries.

As a project of the National Center for Community Collaboration, this fundraiser is being designed as a reusable template.

Current activities include strategic planning, development of document templates and recruiting participation of food vendors.
