Visionary – I have the ability to look at an innovation and anticipate the required resources, business relationships, and commercialization processes which may lead to its successful establishment in the market. 

Integrity – I recognize and respect the rights and privileges of others.  I will not lie, cheat or steal and I do not tolerate those who do.  I have worked under attorney/client confidentiality and court protective orders.  I have acted as trustee in holding valuable assets for clients.  I stand responsible for my actions.

Communicator – I can take extremely complex and/or chaotic situations and tailor them for an articulate presentation to different audiences at different levels of sophistication.  I can make compelling presentations orally or in writing utilizing a wide range of multimedia tools.

Problem Solver – I can take a problem apart and design one or more practical solutions.  Solutions may fall within prescribed channels or may be completely outside the box.

Generalist – I have a remarkable accumulation of experiences in different job positions and different industries with regard to innovations coming out of a multitude of different fields of science.  Many of my experiences occurred in circumstances of extreme adversity.

Leadership – I get things started.  I have orchestrated action at a small team level as well collaborations involving businesses, educational institutions and government agencies.

Strategist – I work towards an optimal environment for completing any given task.  I can choreograph the actions of an ensemble team or multi-party collaboration to traverse a series of obstacles in shifting conditions.

Dynamic – I move aggressively towards goal completion. I can infuse energy into a project through sharing the vision and demonstrating how each participant may benefit personally.
